cheesecake brownie (gluten-free)

Last weekend, my family was visiting – and seeing that celiac disease runs in my family, I was kind of forced to think out of the box and make food that didn’t contain any gluten. This was my first time baking gluten-free cake, and the cake turned out really well.

I have to admit that I am not that great in baking. So, baking these cinnamon rolls turned out to be quite the challenge for me. Luckily, they turned out way better than expected, and my boyfriend, who is a sucker for these puppies, loved them.
